Terms and Conditions - Tick Softwares
Hardware requirement:
- a. Server configuration - i7 processor with 16GB RAM with the Hard Drive 1 TB
- b. Client PC system – Any desktop with any processor will work, minimum system configuration: i3 Processor with 4 GB RAM and Hard Drive 100 GB.
Annual Maintenance to be paid after expiry of 12 Calendar months of Date of License & AMC would be charges 20% of the Tick Software.
AMC would be charged from due date. If client does not agree on AMC on due date and after few months client is ready for AMC then AMC amount would be calculated from the initial due date.
License cost only includes on-line implementation only.
Online Support Services to be extended by Tick Software for one year from the date of commercial license Included , All services provide online like Installation & Implementation
All disputes arising between the parties to this Invoice, which cannot be mutually resolved, shall be referred to the arbitration as per provisions
Jurisdiction for all purpose shall be court of laws at New Delhi, India
